Orinoco will be at three free Playday events in July and August 2011

Playday events are taking place across Oxfordshire in July and August 2011. Orinoco will be running scrap art activities in Banbury, Bicester and Witney:

August 3rd 2011 is Playday 2011 – On or around the first Wednesday of August there will be thousands of play events taking part across the UK. In Oxfordshire there is a spread of Playday events from the end of July till September. To find out more about Playday visit www.playday.org.uk

Now in its 25th year, Playday is the biggest play sector event in the UK, possibly Europe! As well as a celebration of children’s right to play, Playday is a campaign that highlights the importance of play in children’s lives. Playday is coordinated by Play England, in partnership  with Play Wales, Play Scotland and PlayBoard Northern Ireland.
