The following forms and links will be useful for the general management and for volunteers working in the store. If you are not able to fill in these forms, please either contact your manager for training or ask one of our friendly staff to fill the form in for you. While Orinoco is very much a 21st century organization, we maintain our traditional values of inclusion.

Forms for Signing Up New Members and Volunteers

• [New member sign-up sheet] - This online form can be used by anyone interested in signing-up to join Orinoco. A pdf and doc are available.
• [Volunteer Sign-up form] - Come join Orinoco. You can also talk about the many advantages using this flyer. You can also fill in a paper form doc
• [Volunteer sign up sheets] - Use this sheet instead for large events like workshops and city festivals.

Forms for Employees and Volunteers

• [Online Time Sheet] - Use this in order to log the number of hours that you have worked and to claim your payment.
• [Online Expense Claim Form] - If you have incurred an approved expense on behalf of Orinoco, please use this form to claim your reimbursement.
