Apologies for the hiccup with the mailing Oxford Orinoco list!

I will dive into the server set-up now and fix the issue. Recipient of
the Orinoco Storenews newsletter should not have been able to send
email to the list.

It seems that us we relaxed the settings too much when setting it up
for Jon to post to the list.
