Orinoco Update

Please help us make the Swap Shop a success by: coming along and by getting
the word out on the street. The event is this Saturday: 10th March, from 9am
to 5pm. It would be lovely to see you there and even better to see your
friends, family, workmates or people you have accosted in the street on our

Art Shop @ Orinoco
The Orinoco Art shop is open for business. We now have a small selection
of NEW art materials: glue, paint, brushes, etc. to complement our lovely
scrap. |

Wesley Barrell Fabric
The Fabric has arrived early. Not as much as last year but still a
reasonable haul. The pallets are full again and getting to the rolls is
tricky so we're keeping it all off-sale until we can lay it all out
properly. So, are you ready for the great Orinoco Fabric sale 2007? Diaries
out: Saturday March 31st. |
Quick Scrapman... to the Scrap-mobile
The van is back on business and on a mission. We have been out and about
running art workshops and selling scrap. We're now accepting bookings from
groups who would like a visit from the van. A visit from the van costs £50,
unless you live in the Cherwell DC area. Thanks to sponsorship from the
District Council we are able to visit you for free. |

Blank Books are back in store
I've put the price up slightly (big books are now £2 instead of £1) but
these are still stupidly cheap. Get down to the store and grab some. We've
also got a load of lovely new printed books from Imago. |

Diary Dates
Through March and April the store will be open on Tuesdays and
Saturdays from 11am to 4pm. Additionally, we are often in the store on
Monday and Friday afternoons sorting and tidying from 2pm-5pm. Please ring
the store - 01865 761113 before visiting on a Monday or Friday. |

SWAPSHOP at the Bullingdon Community Centre. Bring along
stuff you don't want and walk away with other stuff someone else doesn't
want. Simple really. Anything not taken away will be offered to the local
charity shops and as a last resort taken to the tip for you. Details at
