Fabulous Fashion Accessories Sale

This Saturday (19th July)

We've got a warehouse full of wonderful things for you courtesy of Hemisphere, an import company that has ceased trading.

At the sale there will be beach bags, shopping bags, purses, necklaces, picture frames, candle holders, incense burners, silk scarves... perfect for holiday, birthday (or even Christmas) presents.

We'll be selling these items to raise much needed funds for Orinoco at special events, car boot sales and markets but as always, we're giving our members and their friends an opportunity to get in first to bag the best bargains.

It's a month of SWAP SHOPs

The June Swap Shop was very busy, 220 swappers showed up and 910kg of stuff was taken away. There was 340kg of stuff left over at the end of which 160kg went to charity shops, 20kg for recycling and to and 160kg to landfill.

On the 19th of July, there will be a Swap Shop at the Gladstone Road Community Centre. Not wishing to be left out of this Swaptastic month, the Barracks Lane Community Garden are holding a Swap on the 26th July. I think this is becoming a bit of a phenomenon!

Come along and dump stuff you no longer want or take away stuff you fancy. Remember, you can take stuff without leaving stuff, you don't have to haggle and it's all free. [more info] [download flier]
